Hi friends 👋 we are excited to introduce our monthly subscription, a journey that follows coffee, our favorite fruit. Rooted in relationships, shaped by seasonality, and expressed through flavor. Each month, we intend to share one coffee that is carefully sourced and thoughtfully roasted, chosen because it offer a unique opportunity to experience different varieties, methods, and expressions.
Our growth is intentional. Over our first year, we’re building a sustainable, recurring community so we can thoughtfully offer one exceptional coffee each month — twelve in total — deepening our partnerships with growers and expanding our impact with each origin. As we grow in 2026, you may receive the same coffee more than once while we reach our intended scale.

We highlight coffee from a single farm or cooperative, showcasing its unique environment and celebrating the skill of the growers behind every bean. Coffee is a story of connections and relationships, and we aim to share that story with every bag of coffee.
Founded by Molly, Timothy and Brooke, we are passionate about expanding how people perceive coffee – its taste, its experience, and its journey from source to sip. Based in Somerville, Massachusetts, we want to share the incredible coffee discoveries that have left us speechless over the years.
Sourcing with Intention
Our coffee is built on relationships. We start with the people—growers whose work is thoughtful, ecological, and deeply connected to their land. By forging close partnerships with smallholder farmers, we get to share coffees that carry real identity, shaped by one family, one hillside, one microclimate.
Connection as Impact
When we work directly with growers, the impact is tangible. Transparent partnerships help farmers plan for their future, invest in their farms, and support their communities. By choosing these coffees, you’re supporting families, ecosystems, and agricultural knowledge.
Thoughtful Roasting
Our roasting is intentionally restrained and modern, light style that keeps the producer’s work at the forefront. We roast in small batches, guided by sweetness, clarity, and balance. Instead of creating a uniform flavor, we aim to reveal it, honoring the unique character of each coffee.
Importance of Rest
Light, expressive coffees need time to breathe. Most of our coffees shine between 10–14 days after roasting, when their aromatics settle and sweetness unfolds. Our subscription cadence is built around that window, ensuring your coffee arrives right when it’s tasting its very best.
Seasonality
Coffee is a fruit andit follows seasons, cycles, and weather patterns. Throughout the year, different regions come into harvest. Our subscription follows this natural rhythm, giving you a guided exploration of freshness, variety, and the ever-changing world of coffee.

Roasting coffee is both an art 🎨 and a science 🧫. It’s a delicate process of accurately representing each coffee's distinctive qualities. We roast every batch differently, guided by the coffee's variety, growing conditions, and the incredible work of the producers. Our goal is to highlight these qualities for a cup that is balanced, sweet, and beautiful.
